I will be having two posts a day through Friday since I did not post Monday or Tuesday.  So Join me again at 5:15pm for a second one!

The Walking Dead Season 3 Episode Photos

I have to say a much better episode than last week.  A much more focused Rick this time around is rightfully leary of Michonne and she of him.  When he left her in that room and took her sword I momentarily thought this was going to play out similar to when she was in Woodbury but thank goodness it didn’t.  Soon Michonne is taking Rick and co. back to Woodbury to retrieve Glenn and Maggie.  I did question why if that cabin was so close to Woodbury why hadn’t the governor taken it yet?  Cool scene, though.

The interrogation scenes were good and well acted.  Glenn was a lot stronger than I thought he could be.  He definitely proved he was a badass and I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up being the one to off Merle.  The Governor making Maggie strip was a bit disturbing and sends that character deeper down the rabbit hole of crazy.  I did notice that the Governor holding Maggie and telling her everything would be alright now was the exact same way he did it to Andrea later in the episode.  It told me that he really had no feelings for Andrea, sexually or not, and I was really expecting him to break her neck at that moment.  A lot of tension building in this episode to get to our midseason finale on the 2nd.

What I didn’t get was the side story with the scientist Milton running his experiment on the guy dying of cancer.  This may be setting something up for Andrea later but I really did not see a point to this scene.  Not really sure what it was supposed to show us.  Seemed unnescesary filler.

Overall a good one and I am glad things are going better, just sucks it happened at episode seven.

4.5 out of 5 stars.
